This is absolutely the best bank in St. Louis, If you want a bank that values your business no matter how big or small this is the place. I Met the CEO about 2 years ago thru a friend of mine who is also a client of the bank, my friend literally called him on the phone and handed me the phone, stunned I grabbed the phone and I was talking to the CEO of the bank. I was amazed that I was talking to the CEO Gary O'Neal, After he let me talk a little bit he invited me to come meet him at the branch in chesterfield, since taking out an auto loan I have also switched my business accounts to them, When I left Bank of America they did nothing to show me they cared about my business, when I went to BMO bank to ask them if they had comparable offerings they said to me you should just switch, so that is what I did. My story gets better, when I went to set up my business accounts, I was greeted by the President Brad Purcell, Executive Vice President Nate Bartlett, and Vice President Scott Fann. I have worked with Scott a few times over the past year and he has always been there to guide me when I need assistance. If you are looking for a bank I promise you 2 will be amazed, they have all technology and support of a big bank and the customer service of a small hometown bank.
