Regions Bank

I will say that the gentleman named jeremy? Was pretty nice and fun to talk to. so if you're looking to have nice conversation then this is definitely the place to go. However if you are looking at dealing with any sort of large amounts of money or anything you know serious or important. This is definitely not the place to go. For one. Their ATM has known issues with eating cash if you deposit more than four or five bills at a time. No matter how crisp they are. and then when you report that the ATM ate your money with almost the exact dollar amount. They just ignore you for apparently up to 2 months at a time. I did get some of the money placed back into my account but the money that was placed back into my account was in increments of 10 and the only thing that I deposited was 20s. I came up to meet with the branch manager had a nice conversation through the drive-thru window and I guess if you wanted to talk to a used car salesman who makes a bunch of promises but never comes through. He's definitely the man you want to speak with. But if you actually expect to get anything done. Go to a different bank. He told me he would follow up with me he has not. I did recently take out about 25,000 and will be closing the rest of my account soon. I've only been banking there for most of my life. Although I opened my account at the highway k branch in o'fallon. And banking at this location is relatively new and obviously a mistake.. I would not trust to put a single dime into their ATM or anywhere into their Bank unless you just want it to disappear. Jeremy also told me that they get a exhausting amount of complaints against their ATM and that he was going to file a complaint with some corporate individual and that they were going to reach out to me within the week because maybe if a customer actually complained instead of just them something would get done. He promised me that they would follow up. They never did. It seems the only thing this bank is good at doing is talking. Stay away.

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL BANKS THAT I HAVE EVER DID BUSINESS WITH. I PASS UP LOTS OF OTHERS TO COME HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL. I HOPE THAT THESE BANKERS ARE AROUND FOR A LONG TIME. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THESE BANKERS.

I have banked elsewhere for over 20 years. Got fed up with some of the games being played with MY money. I could tell right away setting up my account with regions that they were different. The friendly faces and positive attitudes at this particular location are icing on the cake. I won't bank anywhere else from now on!

I've loved this bank for years. I've had to use other banks when living out of state, and it was a horrible experience. The team at this Regions branch has always been helpful and welcoming, whether I needed a basic transaction or help with an issue. I would absolutely recommend Regions to anyone who wants to feel like they have a bank where their finances are secure.

Went into my neighborhood Regions bank to request change for a large bill, and they refused to break it for me since I didn’t bank there. I wasn’t cashing a check or anything, just getting smaller bills. The bummer is that I had considered banking with Regions until today’s experience. It’s safe to say I won’t be banking there based on the poor customer service I received today.
