Enterprise Bank & Trust

I have been working with Jaime (personal banker at this location) and have been amazed how quickly and correctly things can get done by her and this branch. I was NOT happy with some past issues at Enterprise Bank and was very worried about actually wanting to move my accounts and get them switched. Eagle Bank (the previous bank) was extremely personable, honest, and efficient. The switch over was not great but thanks to Jaime I'm staying. She modified, changed accounts, followed through on things and has made banking, even during COVID, easier.

I recently experienced fraud on my checking account and when I reported it to my branch, I met Walter, who went above and beyond to help me through every step it took to rectify this problem. He was beyond patient and happy to spend as much time as was needed. I am grateful to know there are people like Walter at Enterprise when I need advice and assistance.

Five out of five stars for this bank is an understatement. I have never had anything but the absolute best customer service. They educate you on how to maximize your finances, walk you through everything, and make you feel completely at ease. I would recommend this bank to anyone in the market or anyone who is looking to make a switch from their current bank.

Once again, Enterprise Bank has come through for my small business. I've been a restaurant owner for 40 years and have seen all the ups and downs of the industry, but nothing like the last year. When St Louis County shut down indoor dining during the holiday season, it left us in rough shape.. Thankfully, the staff at Enterprise Bank and Trust made us a priority when it came to the newly released PPP program, a much appreciated assist when we needed it the most. They are always available to answer our questions and help with anything we needed to file. We could not have navigated the last year without them.
