Absolute worst bank ever. Impossible to get a human. No one ever answers the phone. Endless waiting and listening to suicide provoking recordings on how much they appreciate my business. One Manager in charge of new business ignores emails, phone calls and meetings.
Excessive wait time and very rude and unhelpful personnel
I highly recommend this branch. They have a wonderful group of people here, who provide fabulous (and timely!) customer service.
Just like the other folks who previously reviewed this branch. I waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru just waiting to deposit payroll checks.nOne teller working walk and drive up. Come on BOA!!!n47 minutes.
Husband use to bank with them. They're not my favorite.
