It was a wonderful experience. I've never been so pleased shoe shopping in my life. Michelle was our salesperson. I brought my adult daughter in to find her some shoe for plantar facitus. Michelle was so knowledgeable and found her shoes that helped her feel better immediately. She is already healing! Thanks so much.

I have been hobbling around because of plantar fasciitis for a couple of months now. I went to Laurie’s and they fitted me for some very cute shoes and gave me some hints for helping my foot to heal:) I have worn my shoes and taken their advice for 6 days now. My feet feel great and I am active again (with shoe support.)

I wanted to leave, Megan, an outstanding and glowing review. I had to purchase some shoes for my new, very active job. I was also on a budget. Megan was nothing but kind and respectful. She gave me so many options and found a way to stay under my budget! I had a very informative and delightful visit to Laurie's shoes because of her. The prices may be a tad high- but it is worth it to get quality shoes, and I like supporting family business's. Megan will be my go-to shoe specialist. I was greeted by a friendly employee with hand sanitizer. She told me to take a number. There were lots of people in the store and lots of employees to care for them. I had just enough time to look over the vast selection of beautiful and comfortable shoes. Then I was greeted by Carla who was very helpful. She actually measured my foot! She understood my concerns about my feet and was patient as I rejected several pairs before finding the perfect shoes for me! While I waited in between try-ons I was able to watch the woman at the door greet new arrivals. I haven't seen such excellent customer service in years! I will definitely be back. And my feet are happy with the shoes too!

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, hands on help.. with masks and sanitizer, of course! Fantastic experience. I will definitely be coming back.
