I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online only received one pair and the other I haven't received yet. I called customer service they were supposed to refund me my money but instead I see an email saying that my shoe have shipped and I'm supposed to receive them today. I have called them twice because now their saying that there's an error with the order because they tried to deliver them Easter Sunday and no one was home. This place is full of bs and I will never order anything from their website again nor will I recommend anyone.

The service from the representative was out-of-this-world in Customer Service. She helped me pick out shoes for the National Notary Association Conference banquet Gala commemorating my Special Honoree designation! I am ever so grateful to you employ you, I showed up in style and comfort. Much love.

Customer service there is TERRIBLE. The employees are extremely rude and not at all friendly. I came in the the day of my birthday party to find some pretty hair pins that I saw online. I get there and NO ONE GREETED ME.! I asked for help looking for the hair pins and they were acting like I was bothering them. How could I possibly be a pain to you and this is the job you are here to do.? Rude & very nonchalant
