Food and service was bad...I still have the leftover in my fridge

I ordered food today for mother's day. My estimated pickup time was 12:12pm. I received my order at 1pm. It was very disorganized! They had no clue where anyone was located even though you told them what kind of car you had. I do understand how things are different these days. They just need to get better organized! The food was good!

Offered patio seating.

Not impressed. Slow service. Order was right but food was not what you would expect from a top restaurant. Pricey menu does not relate to good food. One of our party of five could not eat his food because it was dry. He requested some more alfredo sauce and the rest of our party was done eating before he got his sauce. Another order of Chicken Alfredo was over sauced and the noodles under cooked.nGo to the Hill if you really want excellent Italian cuisine.

I think I made a mistake by ordering a steak. The menu presented it in a way that convinced me to order it. However, it was not seared. It actually was more boiled than fried or grilled. It was very bland. The garlic mashed potatoes were okay, but very dry. Perhaps they were just reheated in the microwave for too long. The salad was very good. However, the meal was not worth $40.nnThe calamari was excellent. Very well prepared, and very good cuts.nnI think next time, I will just stick to the pasta. Unfortunately, I'm not a real big fan of pasta. But the family loves this place!
