Medical West Healthcare Center- St. Peters

I have been renting and buying wheelchairs, walkers and knee scooters at various times in the past 15 years. I have never had a problem with customer service or equipment issues. Everyone has always been kind, curious and helpful to me and my extended family.

I have been purchasing medical supplies from Medical West Health Care - St. Peters for many years. I always receive high quality professionalism from the staff - Keith, Lisa, Katie. They help me to understand the products I am purchasing, take time to answer my questions, and follow-up with me in a timely manner. They are always friendly and kind; and understand the challenges of taking care of an ill, elderly family member.

Keith and his team have been so helpful. Our mother was in a car accident that has left her bed ridden and we received no direction from the facilities she was in concerning her care when she was dropped off at home. Keith and his team offered us unlimited support and direction. Thank you all so much for your assistance!!

Rude staff from the start, walking in and stating what I needed with a doctor's prescription. Gentleman was extremely rude when fitting me for my compression socks. He said ok done without telling me what kind he was ordering, expected price, material etc. Then weeks go by without a call, so I call them. They falsified information and said they called several times and left message, which they didn't, so they sent them back! Dry, rude, no customer skills.
