Horrible customer service who doesn't know what they're doing. I payed $31 extra to make sure my ants arrived alive yet I still got mostly dead ants. Even though it says you have a warranty on them if you buy everything recommended, that only counts for the $4 not the other $27. They refused to send more or refund me. It's all a scam. They send dead ants. Don't buy from here.
Do not order ants from this company. All but 8 ants arrived dead. I paid the $8.99 for ice pack and $8.99 for priority shipping. The ants were delivered 8 days later with a hot cold pack 3-4 days late and mostly dead ants. They will ship new ants but at my extra $18 expense again with no guarantee that I will receive live ants and that they will honor priority shipping.
VERY Shady company! Im pretty sure they send dead ants so in return you have to spend more money through them. BAD customer service
