This Was All Of Our Group's First Time At Hooters Including Especially Me Too For This Is Such An Awesome Place With Awesome Food And Awesome Service Too Of Course... Which Our Awesome Server Was Sam And She Was Absolutely, Completely, Totally Awesome...Thank You So Much Sam For You Rocked It Tonight For I Loved My Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger...Will Definitely Be Looking Forward To Being Back Really Soon

Went there last night for dinner with another couple.nIt took a little over an hour to get our food, which was fine because they were a little busy. The waitress may have been new also, but when we eventually received our food, it was cold, and ordered grilled and not fried. Wasn’t going to wait another hour, the crab legs they brought us was closer to half a pound, no kidding. And we’re also cold. They did take back and throw some more on there and heat them up.

Ordered Buffalo Chicken tacos for pick up. The online ordered said 5:55 it’ll be ready and didn’t get it until 6:30! And finally got my food and NO chicken except one big chunk. Politely asked for manager and showed her the missing chicken and she rudely, in a sharp toned, replies that the “chicken is to spec.” Whatever that means. I guess that meant I wasn’t going to get any good service ud83dude21! I didn’t look at ALL the bad reviews until I went to give my own review, because I definitely wouldn’t have came here. Paid $14 for some slathered on buffalo chicken crumbs!!!!Would have given a zero if I could’ve.

Ordered delivery from grubhub, but delivery was not the issue. The order was not made correctly. I ordered the Tex-mex nachos chili, it is supposed to come with chili which has meat in it; they did not put any chili on it at all. Also, the way they put the other ingredients on was just lazy; like they threw in some chips, threw on some cheese, slapped a pile of sour cream on, slapped a pile of pico on, and then slapped a pile of guac on. This is just unacceptable. I was really looking forward to having Tex-mex nachos for dinner, but some people just don’t pay attention to detail enough.
