Steak was good and just the right amount of seasoning. My side of steamed broccoli was mushy and had to send it back since that was all I was having with my steak. New broccoli was much better. Waiter was attentive and pleasant.

Longhorn Steakhouse has been our go to take out place since the pandemic. They are wonderful about using safety protocol with the pandemic.nnThe steaks, shrimp and salmon are delicious and are very reasonably priced. We order and pay online and the food is always cooked to perfection and hot when delivered to our car. Our orders have been perfect!nnEven before the pandemic we enjoyed the friendly staff, clean restaurant and delicious food at a great price.nnGreat job Longhorn employees! Happy 2021!

Service was excellent but I've had better food. My steak was suppose to be med/rare but was closer to rare and they forgot my wife's chicken wings. But, our server and manager was excellent. Will go back because of the service.

We arrived and were told there would be a 30 minute wait. We were placed in line and checked the link online provided frequently to find our place in line. After waiting 45 minutes, the website said we dropped off the list. When brought to the attention of the staff, the female hostess blamed me for the error of their system and told me it would be atleast another hour. No apology was given. No attempt was made to look into the issue. I had screen shots to prove our spot in line at different time stamps. Would not recommend. I will never return to another Longhorn, and managed to talk 2 large groups of people on their way in to walk away since the restaurant was obviously overwhelmed and had no place accepting any more business at that time. Very poor customer service. Very poor integrity.
