Bella Vino Wine Bar

I had dinner and a glass of wine on the patio at Bella Vino Wine Bar and it was amazing! I ordered a glass of Riesling and it was really good! For appetizers, I ordered the mushroom in puff pastry. It was served with a sauce on the side. The appetizer was delicious and it paired very well with the wine. For my dinner, I ordered the flatbread and it was very flavorful and tasty. It was a gourmet flatbread with fresh vegetables and a pesto sauce. For dessert, we shared a brownie. The brownie was served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it was perfect! It was a relaxing dinner on the patio! I would recommend this quaint and charming wine bar cafe' to anyone looking for excellent food, gourmet menu selections, good service, great patio ambiance and a wonderful wine selection. This unique wine bar and cafe' offers amazing drink and gourmet menu selections with a charming atmosphere and patio seating with ambiance in the heart of Main Street St. Charles historic district. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I went for the first time today and all I can say is WOW! The food here is absolutely amazing. We had the Bella Bonfire, calamari, lobster Mac and seafood risotto. Everything was so good. Wine was good, mixed drinks good. I’m so glad we live close. I plan to go more often and take advantage of some of the happy hour specials they offer. Only downfall was seating. It did feel a little cramped for us. However, in general the restaurant is amazing.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food,drinks, and even the choice of music in the background was wonderful.nnThe service was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We loved this place. Great food and a cool unique place to eat at historic downtown Saint Charles

Service wasn't great, our server was working two different sections and we never got our refills. The fruit cobbler wasn't cooked thoroughly so the bottom pastry was raw.
