U.S. Bank Branch

No communication whatsoever to customers about them closing early and opening late due to COVID 19. No changes whatsoever to their Google business listing to reflect those changes. As a financial institution they are required by law to know their customer. They have my name, address, phone and email. Places I have barely done business with are communicating with me about how they are handling change and what is going on. But this U.S. Bank branch does nothing. I've been a business customer since 2003 and it's like I don't exist. No acknowledgement, no communication, nothing. NO EXCUSE.

This location waited one month to tell their customers that they're lobby would not be opening due to the pandemic. They do not keep you up to date on when your new debit or credit card is going to arrive except for between 2 to 8 business days. They do not consider Saturdays a business day even though theyre open on saturdays. Customers are second class to this company's eyes.

This is a pseudonym account, but I visited the bank there today with an embarrassing problem. I had lost my job and was in bad shape with my account. The banker, Chris, talked me through it and was empathetic and helped in all ways possible. Today Chris literally changed my life with his help. He also offered tips and suggestions on how to not get into this situation again.

Banked with them for almost 10 years and my account was closed without notifying me in any way - no email, no letter, no call. The only communication I received was after the fact, stating that I needed to pay for fees or else be reported to consumer agencies. As someone who has worked hard to build credit, this was not only aggravating but scary. The letter clearly stated to pay at a branch and NOT to pay in cash, but when I showed up with a cashier's check I was told that ONLY cash was accepted despite having the letter stating the opposite with me. Avoid US Bank at all costs, I certainly will as will my family.

It says it's open until 5:30 for the drive through, but no one was there.
