System being down. Teller telling me we can't do a withdrawal. No receipt

Very lousy experience. Teller said other tellers might accept my ID but she wouldn't accept mine. Why would someone else accept it but you won't? She didn't want to help me.nEdit: went to a different branch. They helped me out immediately with no question.. will never go back to this branch on Mexico road again

Pretty branch, nice people, but don't work with Lisa. I called her to inquire about an online banking issue I was experiencing. Instead of receiving assistance, she was condescending, uncooperative and most importantly, unknowledgeable. I opened my account at this branch 3 years ago, and with Lisa. Although she was far from personable then, and struggled opening a student account (had to ask several other employees to assist her with using the computer) I expected her to be able to provide me assistance with a simple tasks such as having checks ordered..

Rates are average in area. Customer service is good.

Slow
