PNC Bank

Highly aggravating that this branch is still closed, in July. No support at all during COVID19 when small businesses like me, needed access to my bank. I ended up closing my business account- and I'm considering doing the same to my personal account. There are many other banks in the area, that are open for their customers.

They have always been very nice and helpful to me.

Came in to open an account around 4:20. My fiance and I left work work early to do so. We arrived and were greeted and then told us that we couldn't be helped because they close in 40 minutes and there is only one banker. This is unacceptable and a terrible way to run a business. I recommend any bank compared to this.

need to open this branch. Now I have to travel to another branch and always seems to be a line. Hate waiting 20 minutes to make a deposit plus travel time
