Went in to get a name change on an account. it was 20 minutes to closing and was told can't do it today too close to closing time. Tried to call and set up an appointment. no one would answer the phone! (even though the website says they are not busy). I have lived in several parts of the country and never had this poor quality of service.
Why the 2 stars?? They do a great job
Recently redesigned however. As I walk in with two tellers standing without customers, I am required an appointment for a quick, 7 min notary service.nnWish it was more known to book an appointment rather than walk in.nnNo notifications of pending appointment.
Two drive up ATM and one at the main entrance. Also a drive up night deposit. I am old school since i miss the drive up tellers
