Best branch staff a bank could ever ask for. Andy and Miranda are always so unbelievably helpful and patient with all of my questions. Definitely keeping my business here! Love them!

Horrible bank! Froze our acct for “suspicious activity”. Account was closed for almost a week, they continued to hold onto every ACH deposit, told us they were returning them to the vendor, lies. Standing balance of $2400 still won’t issue a cashiers check. All checks and fees have posted and cleared and they still hold our money hostage. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Especially not a small business. They are horrible.

Would give NO stars if I could. Their ATM went through the process like it was going to give me the money I requested then didn't give any at all, but the amount was still deducted from my account. US Bank says they can not help me because they don't manage the machine. Yet they cannot give me a number to whomever manages the machine. US Bank also told me the machine had been out of money for a few days. I still want to know how the car in front of me got money then. And if it was out of money why in the hell did it not just say NO FUNDS AVAILABLE. And the fact that folks keep hanging up on me is not helping my attitude get any better. The customer service skills of some of the employees at this location is practically non existent. I will never want to be a US Bank customer and wont mind telling others.

We've been customers for a very long time and havent had any issues. I called the day before and asked what I needed to open another account. They told me to juat come in and what i needed to bring. I took off of work and went there. I sat and patiently waited and one teller told me that they would help me once the person that was in the room was done. So we waited only to be told nope that he didn't have time to do it today since he had an appointment coming up. Seriously? Im a customer as well and then after we left we saw him outside on the phone. Seriously???

They held my large cashier’s check deposit - my 4th payment from a known local bank & known local business - for 4 days, refusing to release the funds because “fraud?” When I objected, the Assistant Manager told me to “go Bank somewhere else.” He could’ve easily called the originating bank to confirm the check was good, but he was VERY rude instead.nnOver the years, US Banks’ policies have become increasingly anti-customer, and their employees are experts at defending and deflecting rather than helping. They don’t care that the bank’s terrible policies impact real peoples’ money & lives, and they show zero empathy or desire to help. I wonder if they’re given bonuses for making sure the bank continues to profit from people’s misery? Or maybe they’re just bad people, attracted to a bad company.
