Good job guys. Easy transition from purchase and then drive away. If you have a problem they will fix it do your homework guys. UPDATE: This company is not O/O friendly and the poorest communication i have ever seen. Tried to be professional with this company and all the do is give you the run around. I WOULD NOT USE THEM. CALL SFI, LONE MOUNTAIN or someone else. Heed my warning.

I've had my truck for almost 6 months now and I've had no problems at all. The truck has yet to break down and I've had no problems contacting them.nAs of now I'm very happy with them.

Awesome guys! Made sure I was well taken care of before leaving lot.nnUpdate on 01/29/2021. Truck went down 3 months after drove off lot for dpf. Worse than that, I was sold a truck that needed a new head and is being told by 3 dealerships, truck will also need a rebuild. Codes were cleared before I picked up truck. Currently trying to negotiate a payoff for what the truck is worth!

I have been trying to call OTR Leasing for weeks. I call my sales rep and leave a message and no call back. I call the sales department when they open and i get a message that’s says 80 calls ahead. Call several times during the day 30 calls ahead 60 calls ahead 90 calls ahead. I called today and lucky me it says 3 calls ahead. I waited on hold for 2 and a half hours and still no one. This is crazy.

This company is the worst. My spouse leased a truck from them on 02/26/2021 mind you he had to flew out to get the truck and since he got there it’s just one problem after the other. They told him that the truck has an APU but when he saw the truck their was none, he decided to overlook that so he took it to a third party to check the truck otherwise he got a list of things that needed to be done so he went back there and they decided to fix the needed issues. They told him that he will have to collect the truck the next day so he had to book a hotel for the night. When he picked up the truck on his journey the radiator light came on which he tried to get get some assistance with. After going through his orientation and on his way doing his first load the engine light came on now he’s trying to reach out to them and they’re making it so difficult. He can’t take a truck like this with so many issues going on all this truck is gonna do is wipe every dollar from his pocket. Yes we understand that he already signed the contract but you need to exchange the truck cause your selling frauds. You people are very disgusting and I would not recommend anybody to do business with them. You will not get away with this I promise you. Scammers!!!
