I have to agree. Have a relative there. So far staff, with very few exceptions, are rude, offer no information, including giving patients even a simple orientation to the new environment and policies or Covid test results. Food first night was heated as leftovers for lunch next day - chicken fingers, onion rings and lima beans. Zero nutrition. Only drinks -water, cranberry or orange juice. No milk, no sugar free options? Not able to bring food or drink from the outside. These are patients! Not criminals! Praying it gets better.

Don't believe everything you see on here i was a PATIENT HERE and rhey are exceptional!!!!

I had a family member here and the staff is not friendly at all kept giving me the run around all day long saying they can’t tell me or any family anything but just give her a note and I know my family member would have called if they had received it. they treat the people like they r prisoners they only get certain times to call people they have had my whole family scared all day and not being very nice about it.
