The drinks were good and huge so big brownie points for that. They have a hot sauce which is garlic cayenne, something I've never had.. interesting. Tasting alone Is sweet and kind of gross but mixed with the cheese was pretty good. The pretzel on the other hand , had no taste whatsoever. The dough was extremely plain. Im not sure what type of cheese they give but it was the same. Plain. We mixed everything we could find ans tried every variation possible of ths sauces, just to eat the pretzel and give it some taste. (A ton of the hot sauce worked best)
Horrible customer service. I call and ask if I can give them my credit card information to send shots to my best friends table as they are all there celebrating her birthday and I couldn’t be there due to COVID and the girl immediately says “no we don’t do that”. I respond that that’s odd as I have done that at other restaurants many times and she starts getting upset with me saying “why are you calling, I don’t understand what you’re asking.” I said, “Instead of asking me in further detail what I was wanting to do, why did you immediately say no instead of trying to understand? I am trying to give you my money and you don’t want to take it”nnNot worth my time to fight with a Restaurant/Bar that doesn’t want my business. Horrible service
Fantastic customer service! Great local beer. This is my new favorite bar in Annapolis!
Love this place! Nice crowd. Practiced social distancing!!! Staff very friendly and accommodating!! Well definitely return!!
