Great place good beer on tap always being changed so there is usually something new or different on every visit. The food is excellent all fresh and everything is homemade. Great specials everyday even on the weekends.n**Update. I love this place so much I have come every weekend for the past 2 years. Catherine, Natalie, Holly, and Lainey I love you all !!! You are the highlight of my week.

Visited this restaurant on a whim. We usually stick to more familiar BBQ places because it's easy to be disappointed trying new places. Had the baby back ribs, fried pickles, nachos with pulled pork, and the shrimp. Everyone was delightfully satisfied. The service was friendly and top notch. I can truly say that when we're back in the area and have a craving for BBQ, we will be back. Great job, Old South!

Fun staff. Great meats. Decent prices. But not for the dinner on a budget date.. but a great place for some good food, drinks, and good times

I’ve eaten ribs in different parts of the world - fromnNJ, PA, Aruba, San Diego and of course MarylandnnThese are the best ribs around and the sides are amazing too - I love this place! Great Job Smokehouse!nnIt’s a must EAT - do not pass this place by - you won’t regret it - it’s GOOD eating

Everything here is amazing. I'm never disappointed no matter what food I order. Don't miss out on the smoked wings! Gertrude's (aka Natalie) service is both and friendly and complete. The new location is great for social distancing and can fit so many more people but is missing out on the atmosphere of the old one.
