Slow, inattentive service. Mediocre food at best

So I’m still sitting here. Been almost an hour. No food. My margherita took about 30 minutes. I asked for it in a pint glass. But got a kids cup. Server was good, obviously this is other staff and or management. Will NOT be returning to chili’s. Our server Crystal was great. Attentive to what we needed and conscientious of time it took to get our food. Wondering if the manager is gonna come out or if I’ll have to ask. Wat a joke

The food was cold and dry not worth spending my money on.

Glad they offer dine-in service. We arrived after lunch rush and everything came out super hot and fast. Our Waitress was very kind and went out of her way to be an excellent host.

The steak was tasty and was cooked medium-rare as I had asked, but was a bit chewy anyway. My side dishes were tepid but otherwise good. The service was wonderful.
