DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! Staff is unbelievably mean towards the children. They give you a hard time when you try to talk to your children. Don’t give them their meds like they should. No one will call you back when you have problems. Worst. Facility. Ever!!!!!!!!!

Well I was contacted on March 11 after requesting a call so I can find out more information on outpatient treatment. The lady said someone will be contacting me to give me further information and set up an appointment for am assessment. So on March 12 a man who worked there called me. We were on the phone for about 4 mins. During that 4 mins from the moment I answered he was talking to other staff member continuously and it had nothing to do with me. So for 4 mins he may had spoken to me about a total of a minute in those 4 not a continuous minute. I was asked to hold on not place me on hold and other times was not even asked to hold just start talking to staff. Now I do not care what it was about but if it was that important then you wait to call me or you place on hold while you take care of whatever it is but do not Interrupt me while I was talking or you talking to me every few seconds to speak to someone else. Now I am trying to get help to deal with people after everything I been through I have no tolerance for disrespect and that is a form of disrespect especially when you are seeking help. I kept my calm said okay I going to go in for this assessment so I did give it a shot right, don't let one person ruin you trying to get help. So I go in on March 18 really early cause well got my times mixed up because I was so aggtevated when I got off phone that day with him I could not think straight. But anyway I go in first not one staff member or patient wearing a mask. You are working in a medical facility there is a law to wear a mask so wear it. How are you supposed to be helping your patients or showing any type of leadership if you can not follow rules. That for me is part of my problem with people. People are getting away with hurting others breaking the law and getting away with it. So I still spoke with lady did my assessment. She suggested I go to group therapy there 3 times a week for fours a day. I am like I don't know if I can handle being around others that long but I worked up the strength to give a shot again after having anxiety then. Like they had a packet of papers for me to fill out they could have emailed it ahead of time so I can work on it. Nope wait till you get there. Then I go today March 19. I was told I was going for group today right I am starting at 9am. I get there I am told to go see financial lady. Okay a little annoyed cause I had prepared myself to go in to group but okay whatever. So I have to go to a different building. Door is open so I go in no one is there. The lady at front desk walked to outpatient clinic I am standing in front (inside again door opened) and she tells me I am not allowed in there. Lady you left the door open if no one is allowed why would you leave door open for anyone to walk in. Then I wait for the financial lady she finally came out so I go in office with her, now the guy who I spoke with on March 12 took my social, my insurance information and all. They still had not ran my insurance. So I was there for 30 mins thinking okay I will be going group. I am extremely annoyed cause I had prepared for group was like okay giving it a shot. I need to be able to function around people and go back to work only to be told I wasted 30 mins already that I thought I would be in group helping my recovery only to find out that nope I can not afford it. These are procedures you are to have done before someone shows up and yes I may should have asked yesterday but I am not mentally function with my anxiety of thinking of all these things then this is why I am seeking help. You all are a medical facility and really need to get your jobs done correctly this is peoples lives you are dealing with. And that door left open anyone could have escaped or went in and hurt someone so maybe you all should seek help for yourselves

I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE!!! Staff was face-timing their friends on their phones and showing the patients off to make fun of them (illegal). They NEVER check on anyone's vitals. There is NO therapy done what so ever. All they care about is how much $$ your insurance policy will cover. Charts are all falsified. You will come out worse than when you went in, with no plan and no recommendations of what to do moving forward. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. They need to be shut down.

Its a great place! The nurses were awesome! Im sorry they to put with me when I wasn't feeling good. There is a couple minor changes would be nice like more ud83dudeac breaks and better food, other then that everything else was perfect.

It was a very enriching experience. The staff was extremely helpful and most had patients of the facility before which helped them be more compassionate and easier to talk to. The food is actually pretty decent and they tried to be as relaxed and easy going as they could be while making everyone was good and healed. They also made sure you had plenty to eat with three meals and snacks after each one. Totally recommend for people with any mental health issues.
