It took a while for us to get service (the poor bartender ended up taking care of us, apparently they were a little short staffed), but the food and drinks were amazing and the slow service was way more than made up for. Its a pricey place but well worth it for the fantastic date night. Definitely a special occasion place, and not a place to go if your in a rush. But if you want to relax, and have some good food with company, i would absolutely recommend.

I dined at The Wine Garden for the first time last week and it was soooooo AMAZING! I loved it! The food was rich and flavorful and delicious, the prices were totally reasonable and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere had a lovely, relaxed, hometown but not hometown feel to it which was perfect for my friends and I to spend time together and cut up. At the same time, it’s also a great place to take my clients for business dinners which I absolutely plan to do in the near future. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on such a cool place! Definitely a winner! Great experience all the way around.

The Wine Garden is amazing! Music, ambiance, great food, and GREAT DRINKS!! This jewel in the heart of Old Town Slidell is perfect for a night on the town. The owner, John is lively and friendly! The front manager Bri served us. She was perfect. I’m excited to return and bring all of my friends. The Wine Garden can contend with any big city wine lounge !!

The absolute best place to enjoy a quiet evening and meal. Honestly, this is the best meal I have eaten in Slidell. The atmosphere is warm, and inviting. Everything about this establishment is wonderful. The light music playing, the smell of the food, the lighting ...is all above grade.nThe staff is incredibly joyful....they are absolutely knowledgeable but genuinely happy to there.nAnd the food..we ordered the 2 for $50. Your choice of a bottle of wine, two salads and two entrees....there was enough food to feed 4 people. The chef came out to walk around and ask how everything was. And it was phenomenal. The whiskey, bourbon and scotch selections are the best I’ve seen in Slidell. This place is an absolute gem.
