First time I went there I talk to a man name Randy..a Cotton Hill looking lil feller. I told him I thought I needed a sparkplug .. he said it was probably the carburetor or it ain't got no gas in it.! I said I just put some gas in it...he started making some weird sounds..an said something Bout potted meat an mustard an pointed at a door..so I went through it an there was a man named Clarke behind the counter had a long beard an dark glasses on..I told him I needed a sparkplug. .he ask what kind of motor and what horse power an model number it was..I said man you know all them plugs are the same..so Clarke didn't say a word... walked to the back an came out with a spark plug an said that will be $4.95 American .I paid the money an was very happy with my purchase.. I highly recommended Delta Small Engine..!
