Out of all the store I have ever encountered this one by far had the best customer service. The male there helped me with an phone issue and didn’t make me feel dumb at all for not knowing how to update my phone. The manager was very bubbly and knowledgeable. I was thinking of switching to Verizon but I’m going to keep the service and continue coming there.
The employee that was on shift the afternoon that I had gone up there was very courteous & helped me out without any complaints....I got to their store right at closing time, he'd just locked the door maybe 1 minute tops before I got up to the door. He was polite enough to open the door to see what it was that I had needed help with. The only thing that i needed to have ttaken care of was paying a phone bill. He helped me out in a decent timely matter, without absolutely any problems or complaints whatsoever! ud83dudc4dud83dudcaf
Customer service at this location was beyond anything I have ever experienced before. The customer service was great, and if one worker did not know something, the other would step in to help. Anyone who says different, is definitely a liar in my opinion.
Switching from Sprint. Coming from the Sprint store in Monroe, I was so mad I couldn't see straight due to their flat-out refusal to help with an issue that was their fault (sent a defective phone that couldn't be activated). Went to the AT&T store and unlike Sprint I got nothing but professionalism. Looking forward to better coverage, speed and customer service with AT&T
In had a great experience when i visited this store. The workers were exceptional and very informative.Cassandra was very helpful to me and I thank her for that service.
