Everyone was great from the time we walked in the door. They took very good care of my wife and explained everything to us Dr Robert Marx done a really good job and he explained everything to us so we could understand and didn’t try to talk over our heads. The people in recovery took really good care of us and when we had to go to a room for the night the nurses were really good and very helpful and they were really nice and it seems like they love there jobnI would recommend this place to everyonenThanks for everythingnMichael Black

Front desk was unprofessional. Lady was on the phone on a personal call the minute she came in the building. Frowned the whole time we were there and acted like we were interrupting her when we had a question. Thought on our first visit for pre-OP that she was just having a bad day but she acted the same on the day of surgery. Other staff members were fine but the lady at front desk is despicable and needs to find herself another job!

Everyone I came in contact with Monroe Surgical is so helpful and friendly. My daughter had surgery there, and I’ve had test run myself. Every time I’m blown away by how nice everyone is. The women at the front desk speak to you like a friend or family member would. Not just to me, but for everyone who walked in. I just wanted to say that and I hope they get recognized for this. It’s nice to get positive feedback.

The nurse's and doctors up here are very nice. They talk to you so you know what is going on. Definitely a great place to go to if you need surgery.

Very kind and sincere. Caring and helpful. Judy and Karen were amazing in the pre-op area. Could not have had any better care. Highly recommend
