You and your health are treated with high regard. You are the number one concern with open communication between staff members and patients. They really work as a team and treat you like family.

Health care is okay, but St. Francis medical center has some of the rudest, most unprofessional nurses in the medical field. My fiance was told by a nurse to take her own leads off of the EKG machine. This hospital is a joke and keep in mind, this was the Labor and Delivery Floor!nHorrible experience

I spent 24 days there and was treated with utmost’s respect!!!! The Best Doctors and Nurse’s!! Very clean and courteous facility!!! Awesome food also!! Cardiac unit is Awesome!! Many thanks to all the nurses and doctors and staff!! They saved my life!! Y’all are Totally Awesome!!

I want to first thank God Almighty for everything. Thank you St. Francis Nurses, Security and staff for such a great experience this past Oct. 19th, 2020. We had our baby girl delivered by Dr. Gullat who was absolutely phenomenal at St. Francis. Thank you! Also a special shout out to Jessie at the gift shop who helped me pick out a flower arrangement which they delivered. Thanks Jessie. And again thank you St. Francis Medical Center.

If I could give no stars... I would. The ER was horrendous! I went to an urgent care before hand and they immediately told me to go to the ER and actually recommended this hospital over the towns hospital that I was in... I waited in the ER for 5 HOURS. Without seeing anyone! I was put in a waiting room, then a hallway waiting room which is where I spent the majority of the time. I never saw a DR once, nor spoke with one. They also put me under “abdominal pain” which is not why I was there. I finally was fed up and asked the nurses to leave. They told me to wait, and they would try to talk to a DR. I then waited another 30 minutes just for them to actually let me leave!! It was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Do not go to this ER
