This is a lovely dept. store. Prices are not bad. They have a great selection of clothing and shoes. They actually have a bit of everything From Kitchen to Home Decor..

Overall Belk needs more cashier's!! However, today I found Mrs. Effie or Ebby(speaks with a foreign accent & usually only works the perfume & cologne department), sorry if I did not get her name correct, as she didn't have a name tag on.nBut she was & is SO helpful! And my mother who has an aggressive form of Dementia, was also very much so taken care of by this woman with a beautiful soul that shines even on the outside of her!!

This is the 2nd time I have been to this location to get my battery changed in my watch. Both times I was turned away. Always an excuse as to why they can't help me. 1st time it was an excuse due to COVID and now the excuse is the only person that can change the battery wasn't in today. I mean do I really have to go all the way to Baton Rouge just to get my battery changed? Ridiculous ud83eudd2c
