I bought an AC unit unit a week ago along with a Samsung TV spending close to 300$. The AC didn't work so I brought it back the owner was very rude he signed the back of his business card for 70 dollars store credit went by there today and he was high or drunk I don't know on something. He started to get rude like he needed me to buy something today or it might be vold. I asked him how it became my fault and he then refused to give me the credit at all everything in there is old and way over priced I think is a wash or some kind of front now I've got to go to small claims court and probly spend more money but that place is bad he shouldn't be able to take peoples money like that...
Offered super low price and was quite rude aswell.

Mr SeverionI am sorry that you feel that way. Louisiana law will not allow us to release a pawn item to anyone that does not have the receipt or in the loan holders name. That isn't our rule it is Louisiana state law and ALL pawn shops have to follow this rule. I do remember this situation and wanted to help but we can not break the law. Again I am sorry that you feel this way and hope one day we can make it up to you
Total ripoff would not return a broke tool said I broke it nothing I could do just glad I didn't buy the speaker I wanted and was going to buy an amp. Will shop somewhere else where the people arnt rude also so heated
