Lake After Hours - Denham Springs

Limped in just 30 minutes before closing. The staff were very efficient in getting the paperwork done so I could get a set of x-rays done. The rad-tech was friendly and was clear on her instructions on getting me into the correct positions. The nurse did a great job in keeping everything moving and the doctor was clear and concise. She also listened to my concerns about not being from the àrea and provided some clarifications to my questions. Was only there for about 80 minutes and had verification that yes indeed I had a fractured arm, ankle and footnnI think the staff there did a great job

The visit was very good, my only complaint is they DID NOT clean the room between me and the patient before me. There was dirt from a kids shoes or something all over the chair. With Covid I feel like there should be more concern with cleaning rooms between patients!!

I was quite surprised on the quality of care I received on this visit. The staff was very friendly and quite knowledgeable regarding their duties. They were also very concerned about my health issues and did everything possible at their location

Highly recommend! Easy to create an appointment online and quick check-in. Super friendly staff and everyone made me feel very comfortable. They nurses and doctor made me feel like they genuinely cared!

I had a longer than expected wait time; but it was well worth it. The care I received along with the wonderful bedside manner the physician had was above par and top notch! I would gladly return and wait again.
