Shame on olol. Took my wife to get 3 stitches. Seeing the Dr., Nurse and stitches. Not bad 1 and a half hours. Getting paper work to leave 2 HOURS!!!!!!!!!! Always some problem when I use olol. They have cured me, baton rouge general from now on.

The waits are often pretty annoying, but after going in after a car accident they were amazing with my almost 3 year old. Gave her colors and coloring sheets. I had to get some X-rays and since she couldn’t be in the room with me, another nurse took her to her “prize chest” the x-rays were very quick and when meeting back up with my daughter she had lots of new prizes. They were very polite and great with my baby. That’s worth no amount of time! Thank you OLOL!

DO NOT GO HERE.nnmy experience at this hospital was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I came in as a potential COVID patient and was sat amongst the other noncovid patients, potentially infecting them with the virus. I sat for hours without being spoken to after triage. never evaluated inside an actual medical room, never evaluated for anything but COVID (having actual health issues) swabbed in the triage and moved to a secluded room where positive patients waited. the entire time I was there, no one sprayed or wiped anything. Very high risk hospital. Not clean and they don’t care or go out of their way to make you safe and comfortable. absolutely terrible hospital. I rather drive an hour to Hammond than to go back to this hospital that is 5 minutes away from my house.

Third time here this week, been great the first, and the second. The third was terrible Dr. Allen was great explained everything that was going to happen, but the RN Alison missed the whole how to treat patients and family members when she went to nursing school. She is a total c*** would not wish her to help us ever again. Though to everyone else that helped us thank you very much.
