Tried to get help for a family member at this facility and received the absolute worst patient experience and customer service ever. This place is extremely unprofessional, from the directors, admissions staff, financial coordinator, and even the nursing staff. Please consider bringing your loved ones elsewhere for treatment.

My grandmother was picked up today and there are injuries that require butterfly Band-Aids all over her legs and one on her left arm. My family and I were not notified at all. We were not sent home instructions on how to care for her wounds. We were not notified that she had wounds or when the last time the bandages were changed.

I paid a copay for 10 days at the time of admission on August 31, 2017. Medicaid went into effect September 1, 2017. I have been calling customer service since around November 2017 requesting a refund. They were paid by Medicaid and they admit they owe me a refund. It’s been processing for over a year now and still haven’t seen it. I call customer service every 2-3 weeks. I’ve talked to a supervisor who assured me many times it’s being processed and I should receive it in 2 weeks. It hasn’t happened and there is no one I can contact except customer service. They wouldn’t even give me the phone number or address of the main office. I’m only allowed to talk to customer service. What?? Insane. And they say they’re honest in their ad.

If there were negative stars, they would deserve it. My father got stuck at this place because it was the only place that had space -- first red flag. It's bad enough that the help are completely ignorant here and offer no help to family, but they are nasty to boot. Because they did not want to answer my questions about my father, they left me sitting on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally got in touch with them they told me to call back in 30 minutes. They pulled that routine on me twice, then hung up on me. Imagine having a loved one locked up in there and being treated like this -- scared, not knowing what is happening to your loved one, and being denied information. If they are that nasty over the phone, imagine how horribly they treat people who have behavioral issues. Makes me sick to my stomach to think how they must treat the patients.
