Excellent staff on a busy weeknight. Mark was a wonderful server. A considerably short wait considering the full parking lot. 20 minutes to be seated, food came out fast. First time reviewing but repeat customer. Will keep coming.

I've visited this specific Chili's many times and have always had a great experience. Tonight was not that. I ordered Curbside Pickup and was told it would be ready between 7:57pm-8:02pm. I arrived and checked-in thru the app at 7:54pm. At 7:58pm, the message updated to let me know my order was being brought out. 20 minutes later, still waiting and the message is the same. I attempted to call and a person never answered. I eventually went in, which I was trying to avoid, and there was a large group of people packed tightly by the pick-up door and I noticed orders out on a table. Checked on receipt, not my name. Checked second order, BINGO. I grab the bag and my 2 drinks, 25+ minutes after they were ready. I understand they were extremely busy but they could have informed people that they'd need to come inside.
