The chicken wings, mac and cheese and fries were all delicious. I ordered using their app and it was ready when I got there. Service was good and courteous.
Customer since 1984. Loved the Hot BBQ wings. The food quality began to decline. Prices sky rocketed. Then they killed the Hot BBQ sauce and replaced it with pizza sauce. I will not reward ignorance

Good food but inconsistent - we love to eat BW3 take out, but you just have to be aware to check your order every time. The last two times we've ordered (delivery once, take out once), they've forgotten our fries. Sometimes the sauce on the wings is sparse leaving some of the wing uncoated. It's gotten better over the last several years, but you absolutely have to check your order every time when you pick it up. We stopped doing delivery because there's no way to rectify the order (something with the delivery vendor, not BW3). We'll continue to order pickup and just check our order in the car before leaving. They've always fixed any issues quickly and were friendly about it.
Place order online and for a really busy night my order was ready in 40 minutes when I got there. The employees were courteous and food was good.
