I highly recommend Humphries to anyone. I was new to the Archery world last year and as soon as I walked into Humphries in Payson Austin was very helpful and friendly. He helped me get my bow set up and gave me some pointers. I purchased a pass for the indoor range and even got my oldest son into archery. Very friendly and helpful place if you need anything regarding archery.
5 weeks ago I order and paid for a dozen feather fletched arrows, they only had 2 in the shop and they said they would have the rest in the following week once they ordered the fletching and they would let me know as soon as they were done. I’ve now went to the shop 3 times only to have them tell me the same thing “next week” it’s now been 5 weeks and no arrows and no updates as to why there is any delay. For having taken my money and contact information this is unacceptable. On top of this, the 2 arrows fletching I was able to take from the shop have started to peel off after a single use. Terrible experience and poor customer service.
What can you say about the best local bow shop? You can’t go wrong at Humpheries knowledgeable staff, great products. I’ve bought my last two bows from here and I won’t go anywhere else! They have a great indoor range, at 20 and 30 yards and having the staff help coach you can help make you a much better shooter.
Such an awesome Bow shop! Very skilled and knowledgeable Amin their craft! They have taken care of me for years now and they have always gone above and beyond the call if duty to help get things done in a reasonable time frame and in line with their commitments!
