CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital

I had a really rough morning getting through appointments and just had to give someone notice of how I was treated in this particular area of the hospital after all the other poor examples. The admitting, outpatient lab, pre testing front desk was certainly different. I encountered two beautiful people that was understanding, kind, patient, and understanding. They were not just that way with me. I saw it repeatedly with others the enormous amount of kindness, helpful information and putting you at ease. They are what is needed in this environment of health and healing. If I could have just did something for them. He should be training some others how to spread this behavior throughout the hospital and the young lady there was so patient. I simply asked for their names, Devon and Johnnie the young lady.

My husband has been doing chemo treatments at the cancer center and I'm sitting here looking at the floors and tables and they are so dirty and full of dust. Seems like this area should be kept cleaner because of the cancer patients. They are more susceptible to germs. Hoping to see cleaner conditions because we will be here alot.

Cabrini Hospital is wonderful and such a caring facility. I highly recommend this hospital

This has been an awful experience. The longest and most miserable 12 hours in an emergency room. We arrived 7 pm and it's now 7am. We were told my husband would be kept overnight until the doctor came in but we were not given a room. They put us in an ER cubicle with only a gurney and flimsy plastic chair and nowhere to sleep except propped against a wall. The worst treatment ever! I do not recommend this hospital.

My son had his hearing checked as a newborn postnatal. The entire stay was ok. We got discharged, no problems. I use a credit monitoring site and was notified that my name was sent to the credit bureaus for not paying for his hearing test. Come to find out Cabrini gave the audiology people the wrong insurance info, wrong address, and wrong phone number of a place i lived at almost 10 yrs ago. Credit score dropped. The audiology people says i need to pay them and i never responded to their requests for payment. My correct insurance paid 40,000 for them to deliver my son. They had my correct info, so why did they give the audiology people the wrong info. And why am i stuck with a negative on my credit. I called them and was told it is nothing they could do about it. This really sucks!!
