The staff, from the check-in clerk to the mammogram technician were very efficient & I was attended to immediately. My wait time was only about 5-8 minutes. The facility(Woman's Hosp. & mammography dept was clean & orderly, it was nicely decorated in a feminine flair. The mammography dept had a very pleasant atmosphere. It was painless, comfortable & your dignity was protected. I strongly recommend Rapides Regional Children's & Women's Hosp to any woman who needs diagnostics done there.

Fast courtesy service. Nurse Practitioner was very receptive to my injuries and got me right into a cat scan. Total time there around 2 hours which was pretty quick. Great service. I’ve been using Cabrini for so long but decided to go to Rapides. I think I’ll be using them from now on unless I’m lucky enough not to have to use anyone.

Wait time in the ER was short! Excellent! Then I saw the doctor and was told that my issue (neurological) wasn't a real emergency and that she really didn't want to take the time to order the tests that were needed. Yes, you read correctly. She actually verbalized this to me. Of course, I had out-of-state medicaid that they couldn't accept, so there was no money to be made off of me. She wrote two common prescriptions (neither of which did anything to help my issue) and told me to go see another doctor. I won't bother going there again.

Every employee seemed to show compassion and empathy for the situation. Very good experience with Rapides.

Checking in was very efficient, I did have issues with attempting to check in online a few days before. The rad tech was very friendly and gentle. The experience was the best it could possibly be for a mammogram. Great job moving the imaging center for mammograms to the Woman’s Labor and Delivery building, much better than the old area at the main hospital. The employee who called me the night before was very helpful in explaining where I should go and the procedure for check in. Great overall experience, would recommend.
