I stopped in with two people and we told the barista 3 times our order was to go yet she still brought one drink out in a mug and said “oh well I thought just the other two drinks were to go”. Why in the world would we get 2 peoples drinks to go and one “for here”. She didn’t apologize or offer to fix it. Overall she wasn’t friendly at all and shouldn’t be in this type of business with that attitude. I was hoping to find a new spot to visit on my road trips but unfortunately I’ll be trying out the other coffee shop down the road next time.
So I just wanna say how much I love Legal Grounds. Both locations are awesome but the new spot is wonderful! Super laid back atmosphere. The art work is lovely. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I love all the variety of coffee they have to offer. I was able to sit peacefully and get some work done. Also, at the new location there’s a drive through! No need to get out if you are in a hurry. This place is my jam ud83dudda4ud83dudda4ud83dudda4
The coffee, atmosphere, and service is amazing! This is hands down the best coffee shop in Alexandria LA !

Great place, great coffee. Customer service is awesome. I've visited a handful of times and each time I was very satisfied. The employees are friendly and the service is fast. I'd definitely recommend as a quick coffee stop.
