My sliders wasn't fully cook.. my sweet tea was water down .. after I told the waitresses I then get two more bought to me was also water down.. waited 35 minutes to get seated. Then another 1hr and 3 min and 43 sec b4 I received my meal.. Totally unreal

The food was good & our waiter was very patient, hard working & welcoming. I don't remember his name but he was a brown skinned guy with dreads, he served us at the bar & made sure we had everything we needed! The only thing I had an issue with was the fact that the menus were so sticky. Other than that everything was great!

I sat and ate at he bar to avoid the wait list. I took the bartender a while to get to me, but she was working solo an extremely busy. She was friendly and attentive when she got to me. The flavor of the food was good, however the ribs that I had were just a little bit dry, and the chips I got with the queso tasted a little bit old. I would eat here again, but they need to pay a little bit better attention to the food quality

Very poor service. The server came take our order and didn't put our food into the computer to be cooked. 30 min later the assistant manager came out and asked if we still wanted it. Uh yea, so he gave it to us for free. Chili's can not keep the same workers longer than 2 months. The kitchen staff was all over the place, messing orders up and the servers were the same way. The bar tender needed help. When I went to the back to look and see what was going on with our food everyone was standing around talking and doing nothing. This place had a good manager at one time named tim but they ran him off as well. The management needs to be fired and the staff as well. They need to get people who have experience in managing people. I hope the owner reads this and cleans house. I know he/she is losing money...
