Chili's Grill & Bar

We went to eat there last night, it was busy and a 35 minute wait. The wait was not a problem. However, there were several people waiting and two people walk in and ask the hostess if they can sit and a table in the bar. Mind you we are all hearing this. He then goes and asks the bartender and is allowed to sit at the table. We were all upset, but wait it gets better! About 10 mins later two more people just walk in and go sit with the other couple. We spoke to the manager and got a (I'm sorry) not real convincing one might I add. The waitress happened to be the concerned. The hist didn't try to stop it.

Drinks were NOT good. Every drink was sweet and sour. Very expensive. Don't see myself going back.

Very disappointed in the drinks tonight. Our group of 10 gathered to have margaritas but they tasted awful. Very sugary and very little alcohol. Waitress was not willing to help until we pushed the issue and sent our drinks back. She still got a good tip but the bartender needs to be retrained or let go.

Phoned in a to go order. Was hot, fast, and delicious. Pricing was a lil high for just 2 chicken fajita dinners

Our waitress was absolutely amazing, wonderful service I can't brag on mis Heather enough, very attentive, super friendly, talkative. The food was excellent as always, we will be coming back to this chillis whenever we are in orange Texas.
