0/5nCalled to get a dryer serviced, we were told the technician would call us the morning of BEFORE he left for his route to let us know what time he would be coming. He called while he was already IN ROUTE and we missed the call by 10 minutes(because our dryer was so loud we couldn’t hear the call), called back immediately and were told he wouldn’t come because we missed the call, we said he called 10 minutes ago and if he was really in route (which is doubtful) there was no reason for him to still not be able to come. She said he was calling the office while we were on the phone, so when we hung up he was informed we called, also we were given his phone number to call. We called 4 times texted 3 times and were ignored until 2 hours later to make sure he could say it was too late for him to come. So unprofessional, very disappointed.

These guys were so fast, I didn't have time to catch their names! My husband was the one speaking with them.nnThey had grabbed all the parts my dryer would possibly need, before they came to the house. It took 15-20 minutes (MAX) to fix. They were very professional. Pricing was very reasonable.nnDenise was able to get us an appointment quickly. Thank you, Keys, for the fast response and fix! Highly recommend!

Was informed if the manufacturer of my refrigerator would agree to pay the cost for parts and labor Keys Appliance would refund my service charge. Samsung paid for parts and labor but Keys would not refund me.
