It would have been a 10 except that it took a long time to find the pill pockets and I couldn't find an employee to ask. But I found them eventually (I thought they would be near the medicines, but they were near the treats, which are now way at the back). Everything else was fine.
The mostly unkind and hostile employee that I have interacted with. The Lady who said she was the Manager was overtly rude to myself and my family and expressed no concern or remorse when I issued a complaint. The rest of the employees did not so much as greet us or offer assistance. I would advise pet owners to support another pet shop that cares about their customers and treats people with respect.
Usually have what I need. Only complaint is the lack of dedicated staff in the aquarium department. I usually have to hunt someone down who then has to call for the staff member who knows about fish. Upside though, they're usually very nice and helpful!
Love taking my little dog in to their store she gets new clothes an toys they have a great choices of dog treats to try a sample an great prices an lot more choices in small dog clothes that are up to date styles to choose from you'll like the customer an employee tgat help you with anything to fish dogs cats thats what the name of the store pets store check it out
Online order was easy to submit and 25% off made the price very reasonable. Pick up at the store went very smoothly. Very good customer service from Cindy.
