Representative was unhelpful, refused to help us. We wanted to switch to boost Mobile but not port our numbers, start brand new lines. We didn't have the 150 for the phones so we wanted to use smart pay, clearly the site states smart pay is for new customers and current customers. Representative didn't wanna assist us and claimed it was only for current customers which is a lie cause the tag in the store even stated non switchers. Completely lazy, unprofessional and doesn't need a job. Good job boost, you lost new customers do to your employee poor customer service or should I say lack there of. Shout-out to metro next door for being polite, helpful and informative and willing to help answer all questions.

Cancel you insurance plan ASAP, because it's a scam and they will pocket you insurance money and give you nothing. Fake insurance!!!!
