I highly recommend this store. I have flat wide feet and an extra bone in my arch and I have the hardest time getting shoes. I can not go into a shoe store and walk out with a pair of shoes cause of my feet. I am from ga and have moved to Tennessee and a year or two I need some shoes a pair for work and a pair for the weekend and I went here and I actually walked out with two pair of shoes. I have never and I mean never been able to do that Saturday 2/13/2021 I went back cause I needed a pair of work shoes and I was wanting a back up pair of weekend shoe and I walked out with not just one pair but three pairs of shoes. I got a pair for work and two for the weekend I could not believe it I was so excited. The employees here are extremely nice and helpful if you can’t find a pair of shoes here then there is something wrong. If you have a problem finding shoes go to sears shoe store and I guarantee you will walk out with a pair or more. I want to thank everyone here at Sears shoe store for all y’all help. Y’all are amazing
Great deals on good boots, but super stufdy in there. All things are tightly fitted, not much room to walk around, or get by people. Other than that, great service, great shoes!
My husband went to this store and asked for a Size 9. Got home and had a 9.5 and the shoes don't match. One is Suede and one is Leather. You can tell when comparing them that they are completely different shoes. That's $100 down the drain. They wouldn't do anything about it. Whoever gets a 9.5 in Men's Merrell Shoes you had better check to make sure they match.
Bought a pair of men's work boots (Magnum) were told they were waterproof but they aren't. Have barely had these boots for 6 months already have holes in them. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEIR BOOTS ARE WATERPROOF BECAUSE THEY PROBABLY AREN'T. This is the worse place to buy shoes at and they aren't cheap either.
Love love love this store! Whenever I'm in town it's a go to place to just brouse or buy. Lots of options and numerous brands. Prices vary based on those brands. Super crowded with inventory but makes it fun to look through all the options!
