CHI Memorial Hospital - Georgia

I wasn’t aware the hospital was open yet. I was pleasantly surprised. My visit was a good one, the staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. so clean each and every room I went in. I am so glad I have a place close to home that I can go for the test I have to have. You can go there to you will be amazed. Thank you CHI of Georgia.

I had to go to the emergency room today and I am so thankful for the CHI family. They are kind, caring, and compassionate group of Doctors, Nurses, and staff. I highly recommend this hospital based on two experiences that I personally have had. One was an outpatient surgery at their main campus in Chattanooga and today's emergency room visit. They do not treat you as another number. Professionalism and compassion are a rare quality these days. I have been to many hospitals in my life for over 30 years. I think that kinda makes me an expert since I have been to so many hospitals. Thank you CHI Memorial!

They were very kind and kept me calm. I am very impressed with these lady's. I would use this hospital again! And recommended to others.

Everyone was polite and professional. They took good care of me..I only think they let me go to soon without me knowing why I was having chest pains and to this day I'm still having chest pain here and there. I was discharged without seeing the doctor. That was a little concerning to me. That is why I only gave 4 stars.

Took my mom to the ER April 2nd, she had been throwing up all day and was in a ton of pain with abdominal cramping to the point where she was crying and shaking. They did the minimum tests and gave her pain medicine, told her it’s probably a stomach virus or one of her medications and sent her home around 2am. The next day she was in the same condition so that night she went back and it was a rerun of the night before. I called to check on her while she was there and was asked what my relationship was and when I explained that I was her daughter and she loves with me and I brought her in he didn’t care to at least tell me if she was ok. He said he would call me back in about 10min. A hour and a half later I get woke up at 12:30 am to an update phone call and they sent her home at 3:00. The 3rd night she went back and when my husband got her there there wasn’t the first nurse or anything anywhere. He had to go in and knock on the ER door to get their attention. This time they did even less to find out what was wrong with her. I called to check on her and to tell the nurse or doctor that was taking care of her how she was doing since the first visit and the woman that answered told me she could not tell me anything and talked to me like was an idiot and like I was bothering her. She implied that my mom was not telling me all the information from each visit and if I wanted to check on her I could call her on her cell phone. WORST HOSPITAL EVER! The next day she was taken by ambulance to another hospital where they determined it is a GI issue. Thanks for nothing Cornerstone!
