Sad that you can't get an account balance on your checking even with social security # and
Refusing to cash check that I gave to my landlord because the signature didn't look right?? Never minding that the landlord has been cashing same amount on same account for sevreal months. I had to make 2 trips in person to clear this up. I can appreciate the vigilance BUT NOT the smirky smart attitude of the teller....guess that is all the control she has in her life. Go to another bank!
Very poor service .. it takes to long just to make a simple deposit . Try to call branch manager and no one answers the phone . I will be changing banks.
Changed to this bank few months ago and have loved it. No problems what so ever.
