Suntrust staff are always helpful and friendly. They always go out of their way to help their customers at the East Ridge branch where I bank and any others I have visited. They also are very knowledgeable about finances and building credit and always have time to sit down with you when you need them to.

Having a checking account at Suntrust is like having no checking account at all. Their online services are down most of the time and tonight my local ATM suddenly isn't accepting deposits just hours after using it to make one. What good is a checking account I can't put money in? This bank is never there when I need it, it's the most unreliable bank I've ever been a customer of and I am looking for a new bank.
Friendly and helpful staff. Atm out front can be temperamental at times, but nothing serious that can't be fixed by trying the drive through atm or going inside
