I don’t understand stand why business like this don’t update their goggle profile. I drove half an hour to see them closed.
This Bank Of America does not deserve any stars. The worse service ever. No matter what time of the day they only have that one teller with them thick eyebrows waiting on about 10-15 people. It is best to just drive them extra few minutes and go to another location.
Worst experience I've ever had walking into a bank. I stood in line for 30 minutes for someone to tell me to have someone else verify check. there was even a lady that came up and asked everybody what they were trying to do, and she never told me to do what the teller told me to do. A bank full of people doing nothing, and only one teller! I would never recommend walking into this bank ever!!!!
Standing in line right now. One teller. 18 angry people in line. Place smells and ZERO customer service. Closing all my accounts and moving them to Synovous. ALWAYS many people working in Synovous and they always know my name!
