Outstanding quality and superior functionality. Their customer service and store environment was amazing, welcoming and dog friendly :) I boast about this brand often and put this bag through the wringer daily. Best purchase I've made in a long time!n(They have moved locations)

Never been in the store, but this is the best bag I've ever had. I have the largest one in leather. I have neck/shoulder/back issues & wear it on my leg. It's ridden over 5k miles on my motorcycle & never had any issues. I've given several as gifts and all loved them.

When I bought my wifey a compact size Ukoala bag, I never imagined her using it more than any of her other fancy purses. She carries her bag everywhere.
